Shipping

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Post for our normal despathes but we can use recorded delivery or courier at additional charge. We endeavour to despatch all products within 7 days (unless specified on a particular product), but please allow 10-14 days as normal despatches can in fact take 21 days as most items are personalised. If you require the product on or before a specific date please inform us when purchasing.

Returns

If you receive your order and you are not satisfied with the product(s), please let us know immediately (within 72 hours of receiving). We can only offer refund/exchange if the product was despatched by us with an error. If you ordered the incorrect item and it is not personalised we will exchange for another item of the same value (or equivalent), if the item is personalised we can not offer any exchange or refund.
